Cerakote is an extremely durable coating that can withstand higher heat levels than other coatings and offers superior UV protection compared to anodizing. It is also a military-grade (milspec) coating that applies in a thin layer, reducing the need for extensive masking, making it ideal for precision applications. If you have more questions, check out our Cerakote pages listed per application in our menu bar.
Powder coating is a highly cost-effective option that provides strong protection against everyday wear and tear. It is durable, long-lasting, and offers excellent coverage for a wide range of products, making it an ideal choice for general-purpose coating needs.
Yes, we offer warranties on our coatings. If there is any workmanship failure, we guarantee to fix it free of charge. The warranty duration typically ranges from 2 to 10 years, depending on the part and its usage.
You can bring your parts to our facility for a quote, but to save time, we recommend sending us photos, color preferences, and a detailed description via email. This way, you can get a quote without leaving your home or business.
Chemical stripping is used to remove old powder coats, especially when sandblasting is not efficient enough. We use acid tanks to dip the parts and remove the existing powder coat.
Sandblasting creates an abrasive surface on the metal, which allows for better mechanical adhesion of the coating, ensuring a durable bond.
Prepping is the most crucial step in any coating application. All parts are sandblasted and smoothed with finer sandpaper by hand to ensure the highest quality finish.
We are open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If you plan to arrive later than 5:00 PM, please call ahead. We also offer delivery services at $95 each way, although we can work with larger quantities if needed.
